Background: The effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) on wound healing have been demonstrated mainly in diabetic foot ulcer.
Objectives: To study the efficacy and safety of HBOT in chronic painful wounds, excluding diabetic foot ulcers.
Methods: From 2008 to 2021, patients with chronic wounds showing no clinical improvement for more than 1 month, who were in pain despite the use of level 2 or 3 analgesics, and who had undergone HBOT sessions, were included in a monocentric retrospective study.
Importance: There is to date limited evidence that revascularization strategies are associated with improved functional outcome in children with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).
Objectives: To report clinical outcomes and provide estimates of revascularization strategy safety and efficacy profiles of intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) and/or endovascular treatment (EVT) in children with AIS.
Design, Setting, And Participants: The KidClot multicenter nationwide cohort study retrospectively collected data of children (neonates excluded) with AIS and recanalization treatment between January 1, 2015, and May 31, 2018.

Background: Acral pustular disease within the pustular psoriasis/psoriasis-like spectrum mainly includes palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) and acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau (ACH). Scarce data argue for a distinction between these two entities, but no study has compared the clinical and epidemiologic characteristics of ACH and PPP.
Objectives: We aimed to perform a comparative description of the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of PPP and ACH in a multicentre retrospective cohort.
The warming trend of the Arctic is punctuated by several record-breaking warm years with very low sea ice concentrations. The nature and reversibility of marine ecosystem responses to these multiple extreme climatic events (ECEs) are poorly understood. Here, we investigate the ecological signatures of three successive bottom temperature maxima concomitant with surface ECEs between 2004 and 2017 in the Barents Sea across spatial and organizational scales.

Methods: Nine children with sHLH who had neurological symptoms were retrospectively included. Characteristics of brain MRI were compared to those of 15 children with pHLH and neurological involvement and 44 children with ADEM.
