Background: Endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) is a preferred surgery to prevent aneurysm sac enlargement and minimize the risk of life-threatening rupture in patients with AAA. Serious complications of type II endoleaks following EVAR can cause sac expansion and increase rupture risk.
