These works, especially the most recent ones, suggest that local and environmental factors interfere in such a way that signals are attenuated in a complex manner as frequency increases. View Article and Find Full Text PDFThe diastereomeric endo and exo isomers of the title complex, [TiCl3(C10H11)], have been synthesized by electrophilic attack of TiCl4 on the exo- or endo-trimethylsilyl derivative of isodiCp (isodiCp = isodicyclopentadiene). This reaction proceeds with net inversion of configuration to give exclusively either the endo- or exo-(isodiCp)TiCl3 compound. Although the two isomers have similar unit-cell constants, they crystallize in different space groups.

The reaction of methyl iodide and tetramethylammonium bromide on the chloride 4 produced the ammonium salt 5 and the bromide 6 respectively. New aminophosphines 2 and 3, which represent two of the rare phosphorylated metallocenes containing P(III)-N bond have also been coordinated to gold(I) to form 7 and 8.
