Introduction: White matter tracts that connect different parts of the brain comprise the structural connectome, which is essential to its operation. Assessing behavioral changes and brain health requires an understanding of these tracts. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), in particular, allows for the thorough viewing and characterization of these routes in tractography.

Investigation of cell dynamics within this environment has motivated in vitro and ex vivo biomimetic model development. Our lab recently introduced the tumor spheroid-rat mesentery model to investigate cancer-induced lymphatic/blood vessel remodeling.

Previous studies in this organism have revealed a metabolic bottleneck at the phosphofructokinase (PFK) reaction in glycolysis. In the wild-type organism, this reaction uses pyrophosphate (PP) as an energy cofactor, which is thermodynamically less favorable compared to reactions that use ATP as a cofactor.

Methods And Analysis: We describe the protocol and procedures of a multicentre study for delineating the epidemiology of pancreatitis in India.
Land application of dairy manure is the most common practice for disposal of this waste. Agricultural fields surrounding concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) often have high levels of N and P because of manure over-application. However, its low bulk density limits the amount of manure that can be profitably transported for use as fuel or fertilizer.
