Ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) during liver transplantation has been implicated in the recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This systematic review aimed to evaluate interventions to reduce IRI during liver transplantation for HCC and their impact on oncologic outcomes.
