Retroperitoneal teratomas are rare neoplasms in neonates, presenting with nonspecific symptoms and variable clinical features, making diagnosis challenging. Radiological investigations, particularly fetal ultrasound and contrast-enhanced computed tomography, play a critical role in their detection. Differential diagnoses include neuroblastoma, adrenal hemorrhage, and congenital cystic lesions, which share overlapping clinical and imaging features.

The future of warfare is changing with anticipation of moving toward Agile Combat Employment in contested, degraded, and operationally limited environments. This will require some changes for behavioral health provision within the Air Force during deployments. With over a century of development and refinement, Combat and Operational Stress Control (COSC) has proven to be a sustainable model for behavioral health asset utilization to maximize unit combat effectiveness and individual personnel performance.

"After the thrill is gone": The role of psychotherapy in coping with romantic breakups.

To investigate the perceptions of ex-romantic partners regarding the extent to which and ways in which psychotherapy facilitates coping with the consequences of the dissolution of past relationships, a multipart survey (Representations of Past Significant Others) that included Likert-type, multiple-choice, and open-ended questions about the ways in which individuals remember a past significant relationship and the ways in which they have moved toward closure from that relationship was disseminated via social media and networking. An attachment status measure (Experience in Close Relationship Scale-Short Form) was also administered. A total of 1,846 respondents, mean age 30.

Imaging diagnosis: Disseminated hemangiosarcoma in a Welsh pony.

A 16-year-old pony gelding presented with epistaxis and a head tilt. Referral skull radiographs suggested an ethmoid hematoma. Concurrent neurologic abnormalities prompted contrast-enhanced CT of the head and cranial neck, revealing numerous hyperattenuating masses throughout the brain and paranasal sinuses, along with a large osteolytic mass in the second cervical vertebra.
