Background: Right ventricular pseudoaneurysms are extremely rare and there is no precise recommendation for their management.
Case Summary: We present the case of a successful coil embolization of a right ventricular pseudoaneurysm in a woman with chronic kidney disease due to perinuclear antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody vasculitis and a history of difficult placement of a hemodialysis catheter.
Discussion: Ventricular pseudoaneurysm is a contained rupture of the ventricular wall that can occur due to several causes.
Introduction: SRS for the treatment of limited brain metastases (BM) is widely accepted, but there are still limitations in the management of numerous BM. Frameless single-isocenter multitarget SRS is a novel technique that allows for rapid treatment delivery to multiple BM. We report our preliminary clinical, dosimetric, and patient´s shifts outcomes with this technique.

Prior work from our lab has demonstrated that short-term high fat diet (HFD) rapidly impairs memory function via a neuroinflammatory mechanism. However, the degree to which these rapid inflammatory changes are unique to the brain is unknown.

A total of 60 participants were recruited and received either HT-ES1 or an identical placebo for 8 weeks with a further follow-up at week 10.
Methods: This study monitored changes in the total Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale for IBS score (GSRS-IBS), Irritable Bowel Syndrome Symptom Severity Scale (IBS-SSS), IBS Quality of Life index (IBS-QoL), gut microbiome using 16S rRNA sequencing, and the Visceral Sensitivity Index, as well as a range of biochemical markers, anthropometric parameters, and adverse events.
