Introduction: We describe here an unusual presentation of a plasmablastic lymphoma in a patient suffering from an osteoradionecrosis of the jaw.

Presentation Of Case: We report the case of a 64-year-old patient who was followed up on oncology because of an oropharyngeal cancer treated by a combined procedure of both surgery and radio-chemotherapy procedure. This patient developed an osteoradionecrosis of the jaw.
