Objective: The project aimed to standardize advanced care planning (ACP) at an internal medicine clinic by initiating physician-patient communication regarding the patient's knowledge, understanding, and openness to pursuing advanced medical directives.
Methods: Data collection was conducted from February 1 to April 1, 2024, with the study concluding on April 24, 2024. ACP was facilitated through an initial standardized six-question pre-intervention survey in both English and Spanish.
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is now recognized to be a multifactorial disorder caused by several endotypes that differ between individuals and patient populations. In order to understand the current clinical implications of OSA endotypes, this review aims to examine the current state of play in endotype measurements, endotype modification and their impact on clinical outcomes/prognosis. In summary, the field has developed multiple techniques to measure the endotypes over the last few decades.

Identification of circRNAs and distinction from their cognate linear RNA is only possible by sequencing the BSJ that is unique to the circRNA. CircRNAs are involved in the regulation of their cognate RNAs by increasing transcription rates, RNA stability, and alternative splicing.

Practices that reduce perceived conflict between religion and evolution have been proposed to increase student evolution acceptance. This study investigates college student experiences of conflict reducing practices in evolution education and how these experiences are related to their gains in acceptance of human evolution during evolution instruction.
