Purpose: To investigate the effects of different surface treatments and thermal cycling on the shear bond strength between 3D-printed teeth and denture bases.

Material And Methods: For the shear bond strength (SBS) test, the specimens were the maxillary central incisors (11 × 9 × 7 mm) bonded on a cylindrical base (20 × 25 mm). The control group was heat-cured polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) (N = 20).

Stromal tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (sTILs) are a robust prognostic and predictive biomarker in triple-negative breast carcinoma. However, the sTIL compartment comprises different cell populations. The aim of the study is to characterize the distribution of T cells (CD3+ and CD8+), B cells, and plasma cells and explore their association with outcome in the surgical specimen of 62 patients.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) knowledge in Korean Americans: identifying knowledge gaps and misconceptions and examining predictors of AD knowledge.

Objectives: This study examined Alzheimer's disease (AD) knowledge and its predictors among Korean Americans (KAs).

Design: Convenience sampling was used to recruit KAs in the Greater Washington metropolitan area. A total of 268 KAs participated in the study and completed a cross-sectional survey in 2014.

Relationship between bariatric surgery and dental erosion: a systematic review.

Background: Bariatric surgery can have several oral repercussions, including tooth erosion due to decreased salivary flow associated with the action of acidic pH and behavioral modifications in the diet that lead to the dissolution of mineralized dental tissues.

Objectives: This systematic review aimed to evaluate whether bariatric surgery presented a greater risk of dental erosion.

Laser Influence on Dental Sensitivity Compared to Other Light Sources Used During In-office Dental Bleaching: Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.

Clinical Relevance: The use of laser light during bleaching will not reduce the incidence or severity of sensitivity and will not increase the degree of color change compared with nonlaser light sources.

Summary: Objective: To evaluate whether the use of laser during in-office bleaching promotes a reduction in dental sensitivity after bleaching compared with other light sources.Methods: The present review was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) and is registered with PROSPERO (CDR42018096591).
