Objectives: To evaluate the effect of different zirconia compositions and manufacturing processes on the light irradiance (LI), to measure the degree of conversion (DC) of solely light-curing restorative composite underneath these zirconia grades and to evaluate the respective zirconia microstructures.

Methods: Six dental zirconia grades (GC HT, GC UHT [GC]; Katana HT, Katana UTML [Kuraray Noritake]; Lava Esthetic, Lava Plus [3 M Oral Care]) were cut and sintered per manufacturer instructions. One 3D-printed zirconia grade (XJet [XJET]) was prepared according to previous research.

Among US breastfeeding women, those with obesity have significantly increased breast milk fat and caloric content from foremilk to hindmilk, with a 4-fold increase in fat content from the first to last milk sample. In view of different dietary norms and nutritional standards, we sought to evaluate the relationship between maternal BMI with breast milk fat and calorie content in women from Brazil, a low-middle-income country. Women who delivered singleton-term neonates were recruited from the Ana Abrao Breastfeeding Center (AABC) and Human Milk Bank at the Federal University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Context: The production of bioethanol from renewable raw materials is a decisive factor in the economic development of many countries. However, the complexity of the processes and the numerous experimental variables involved require a deeper understanding of the chemical reactions that take place during bioethanol production to define optimal parameters. Here, we have employed density functional theory-based calculations to investigate the local reactivity of oligomeric systems by considering crystalline and amorphous cellulose models to better understand some details regarding pulp pretreatment processes.

Background: Among patients with nephroblastoma, those with bilateral disease are a unique population where maximising tumour control must be balanced with preserving renal parenchyma.

Methods: The SIOP 2001 protocol recommended surgery after neoadjuvant cycle(s) of Dactinomycin and Vincristine (AV) with response-adapted intensification, if needed. Adjuvant treatment was given based on the lesion with the worst histology.

Objectives: To analyze the rate of gestational syphilis (GS) based on temporal trends over 11 years, as well as the spatial distribution of GS in Brazil, based on the identification of spatial clusters.

Methodology: An ecological, using Brazil and its regions as an analysis unit, based on gestational syphilis data reported in the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN), from 2011 to 2020. Thematic maps were built for spatial data analysis, and the Prais-Winsten autoregressive model was used to verify the trend.
