Oncolytic viruses alter the biogenesis of tumor extracellular vesicles and influence their immunogenicity.

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are mediators of intercellular communication in the tumor microenvironment. Tumor EVs are commonly associated with metastasis, immunosuppression or drug resistance. Viral infections usually increase EV secretion, but little is known about the effect of oncolytic viruses (OVs) on tumor EVs.

Mangroves is an ecosystem which plays an economical role in Gabon for its watercourses where are used for fishing and marine traffic or as little bin for garbage and waste water disposal. These bad practices destroy that fragile ecosystem, perturbing like this carbon sequestration and biodiversity protection. Hence, the impact of the anthropogenic pollution stress of fishing engine oils so called hydrocarbons pollution on the chemical, microstructure and natural durability of Avicennia.

Spatial correlation of water distribution and fine structure of arabinoxylans in the developing wheat grain.

This study was to investigate the distribution of water and arabinoxylan structures in growing wheat grain using two complementary imaging techniques, magnetic resonance microimaging (μMRI) and mass spectrometry imaging (MSI). μMRI showed an inhomogeneous water distribution, particularly at early stages. This heterogeneity revealed histological differences that corresponded, within the limits of resolution of μMRI, to tissues with specific physiological functions, including the vascular bundles, the cavity and the endosperm periphery.

Fish Hydrolysate Supplementation Prevents Stress-Induced Dysregulation of Hippocampal Proteins Relative to Mitochondrial Metabolism and the Neuronal Network in Mice.

Over the past several decades, stress has dramatically increased in occidental societies. The use of natural resources, such as fish hydrolysates, may be an attractive strategy to improve stress management. Our previous study demonstrated the anxiolytic effects of fish hydrolysate supplementation in mice exposed to acute mild stress by limiting stress-induced corticosterone release and modulating the expression of a number of stress-responsive genes.
