Case report of systemic IgG-related disease affecting the pancreas and orbit.

Purpose: The purpose was to describe the magnetic resonance imaging appearance of the brain and spine in a patient.

Method: A patient with pancreatitis and neurologic findings is described.

Results: Our patient had an inflammatory condition involving the pancreas and orbital muscles, a constellation of findings that should suggest systemic IgG-related disease (SIRD).
