[X-ray characterization of changes of the lungs in juvenile rheumatoid arthritis].

The results of chest x-ray were analyzed in 66 pediatric patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA). X-ray signs of pneumofibrosis were revealed in 37 (56%) patients. Besides, rare pulmonary changes (emphysema, rheumatic nodules, infiltrates) were detected in the JRA patients.
