This paper describes a synthetic aperture sonar (SAS) dataset collected in-air consisting of four types of targets in four environments of different complexity. The in-air laboratory based experiments produced data with a level of fidelity and ground truth accuracy that is not easily attainable in data collected underwater. The range of complexity, high level of data fidelity, and accurate ground truth provides a rich dataset with acoustic features on multiple scales.

However, drugs that induce, inhibit, or are substrates of cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoenzymes 2C8 or 3A4 may alter the metabolism of paclitaxel, potentially impacting its effectiveness. The purposes of this study are to provide an overview of paclitaxel use, identify potential drugs that interact with paclitaxel, and describe their clinical manifestations.

Identification of the mechanisms underlying this interaction could lead to the development of improved strategies for treating multiple myeloma. Here, we performed a transcriptomic analysis of human ECs with high capacity to promote multiple myeloma growth, revealing overexpression of the receptor tyrosine kinases, EPHB1 and EPHB4, in multiple myeloma-supportive ECs.

Additionally, there is a need for high-throughput testing, consolidating a variety of assays on one random-access analyzer.
Objectives: In this study, the clinical performance of the Alinity m SARS-CoV-2, RealTie SARS-CoV-2, and GeneXpert Xpress SARS-CoV-2/Flu/RSV assays was assessed.
