Phosphorus (P) is considered as an essential element in crop production. Besides, the study of P from the elemental and bio sources impacts on productivity and quality of orange trees could emphasize its utilization importance. This study aimed to evaluate the chemical implication of three treatments of P fertilization (Triple phosphate (TP; 620 and 900 g/tree/year), phosphate rock (PR; 1820 and 2742 g/tree/year) and 1:1 TP:PR on Valencia orange trees ( L.

Introduction: Nurses play a vital role in ensuring effective patient care delivery and organizational productivity. Hence, it becomes imperative to prioritize their psychological well-being and explore how its impairment may be associated with their productivity loss.

Aims: The study aims to investigate the relationship between nurses' psychological well-being and their work productivity loss by examining how nurses self-reported their own psychological well-being and work productivity loss.

Background: Nurses are challenged with many situations that require them to solve ethical dilemmas and make moral decisions based on professional values and a sense of accountability and responsibility. To support their decisions, it is important to know how they perceive and relate their ethical ideology, professional values, and clinical accountability in their workplace.

Purpose: The study's aim was twofold: to investigate the ethical ideology and perceived importance of professional values and accountability among nurses.

Abstract: A hydrazone Schiff base ligand was synthesized by the condensation of 3-formyl-4-hydroxycoumarin and oxalyldihydrazide in the molar ratio 2:1. The Schiff base ligand acts as a mono-, bi-, tri- or even tetradentate ligand with metal cations in the molar ratios 1:1 or 2:1 (:) to yield either mono- or binuclear complexes as keto or enol isomers, where  = Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), VO(IV), and Fe(III). The ligand and its metal complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, H NMR, mass, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.

There is a gap in understanding how work environment contributes to hospitals' readiness for quality improvement (QI) in developing countries; thus, diagnosing work environment problems in health care organizations is the initial step in designing strategies for QI in organizations. This study examines the relationship between nurses' and physicians' perspectives of the work environments and hospitals' climate for QI. Study results indicate that work environment is positively associated with hospitals' readiness for QI.

Two series of mono- and binuclear complexes cyclic or acyclic thio-ferocine Schiff base ligands, derived from the condensation of 2-aminobenzenthiol (L) with monoacetyl ferrocene in the molar ratio 1:1 or in the molar ratio 1:2 for diacetyl ferocine have been prepared. The condensation reactions yield the corresponding Schiff Base ligands, HLa-Maf and H2Lb-Daf. The chelation of the ligands to metal ions occurs through the sulfur of the thiol group as well as the nitrogen atoms of the azomethine group of the ligands.

Mono- and bi-nuclear acyclic and macrocyclic complexes with hard-soft Schiff base, H(2)L, ligand derived from the reaction of 4,6-diacetylresorcinol and thiocabohydrazide, in the molar ratio 1:2 have been prepared. The H(2)L ligand reacts with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Mn(II) and UO(2)(VI) nitrates, VO(IV) sulfate and Ru(III) chloride to get acyclic binuclear complexes except for VO(IV) and Ru(III) which gave acyclic mono-nuclear complexes. Reaction of the acyclic mono-nuclear VO(IV) and Ru(III) complexes with 4,6-diacetylresorcinol afforded the corresponding macrocyclic mono-nuclear VO(IV) and Ru(IIII) complexes.

Objective: To observe and compare back pain and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in postmenopausal women with a prior unsatisfactory response to antiresorptive therapy, treated with teriparatide (TPTD) or alternative treatments in normal clinical practice.

Research Design And Methods: Prospective, observational, multicentre, 24-month study of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. A back pain and HRQoL questionnaire (European Quality of Life Questionnaire, EQ-5D) including visual analogue scale (VAS) was completed at each visit.

New mixed-ligand copper(II) complexes containing the bidentate dinitrogen ligands [N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmen), 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen)] and the bidentate dioxygen ligands [diethylmalonate (DEM), ethylacetoacetate (EAA) and ethylbenzoylacetate (EBA)] were prepared. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, mass and ESR spectral data, magnetic and molar conductance measurements and thermal gravimetric analysis. From the investigation, the geometries of the complexes are square planar for perchlorate complexes and a square pyramid or octahedral for the nitrate complexes.
