Purpose: The study aimed to determine the prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding (EBF), measure the association between EBF and sociodemographic and obstetric characteristics of lactating mothers, and determine challenges of EBF.
Methods: The study was cross-sectional and was conducted in four primary health care centres (PHCCs) at Alehsa region in Saudi Arabia (SA). Lactating mothers coming to vaccinate their babies (0-6 months) were recruited.

Purpose: To determine levels of burnout among emergency medical services (EMS) professionals and the coping strategies they use to alleviate burnout and measure the association between burnout vs sociodemographic and work-related characteristics and coping strategies of EMS professionals.
Methods: This was a cross-sectional survey study conducted among 270 active-duty EMS professionals. The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) - Health Services Survey was used to assess burnout.

Background: Management of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis is highly complicated because of the longer treatment time, lesser effectiveness of second-line antituberculosis drugs, more side-effects, and a significant financial burden on tuberculosis control programs. This study aimed to identify predictors of drug-resistant tuberculosis.
Materials And Methods: It was a case-control record study conducted in an antituberculosis center in a government hospital in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
Telemedicine is the practice of healthcare using audio, video, and data communications. The aim of this study was to determine the perceptions of health professionals at hospitals adopting and not adopting telemedicine on its benefits and challenges, and their willingness to use it. The study was conducted at one hospital not adopting telemedicine and three hospitals adopting telemedicine.

Background: Medical errors in the emergency department (ED) are common, and proportion of preventable adverse events is among the highest for all areas of medical care. The aim of this study was to evaluate the extent of provider adherence to evidence-based guidelines for diabetes care and the extent of glycemic, blood pressure, and lipid control in patients with diabetes in a developing country. A retrospective cohort study was carried out to evaluate diabetes care provided under Health Sector Reform Program (HSRP) in a major medical center in Alexandria, Egypt. Data on care provided for 137 patients were abstracted from medical records.
