Renal injury associated with disorder with 5773delG mutation: A case report.

A 35-year-old man with persistent urine abnormalities and renal dysfunction was referred to our hospital. May-Hegglin anomaly was suspected, and a renal biopsy showed focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) with IgA deposition. Electron microscopy revealed foot process effacements and intense bleb-like morphological changes in podocytes.
