Introduction: Unbearable post-hemorrhoidectomy pain is a well-documented challenge, significantly impacting patient well-being and satisfaction after surgery, often influencing patients to decline in undergoing this procedure. It is widely recognized that methylene blue has an effect of reducing inflammation and pain by reduces the production of nitric oxide and inhibiting the action potentials production in nerves. This study aims to explore the potential benefits of postoperative regional administration of methylene blue in providing extended relief from post-hemorrhoidectomy pain.

Introduction: Medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) is an uncommon neoplasm originating from parafollicular C cells. Distant metastasis in MTC, such as axillary node involvement, is extremely rare.
Case Report: The present study describes a known case of MTC with axillary lymph node metastasis in a 31-year-old woman.
Purpose: Ovarian cancer is the sixth common cancer in women in developed countries. In severe cases, the optimal debulking is necessary. In order to increase optimal debulking and reduce preoperative complications, neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by debulking surgery, and then chemotherapy again is introduced as substitute for primary surgery.

Degos' disease, otherwise known as "malignant atrophic papulosis" is a rare vasculopathy with an unknown etiology characterized by typical cutaneous lesions. Involvement of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract is observed in approximately half of patients and small infarctions in the mucosa can cause perforation and resulting peritonitis, the leading cause of death. We present a fatal case of Degos' disease with skin and GI involvement, manifesting as recurrent intestinal perforations and peritonitis, in a 15-year-old Iranian boy.

We describe a 35-year-old Iranian female with previously diagnosed von Recklinghausen ' s disease who suffered spontaneous rupture of an adrenal pheochromocytoma, misdiagnosed as renal colic followed by an extensive retroperitoneal hematoma, irreversible hemodynamic shock, and death.
