We report the isolation, sequencing, and annotation of the novel bacteriophage vB_Ec_Tarrare, which infects the K-12 strain. It was isolated from a bat guano sample collected in Rindge, NH, USA. Its genome is 40,953 base pairs long with 49 putative protein-coding genes and no transfer RNAs.

Participants: Three affected siblings and four age-matched control subjects participated. INTERVENTION/MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The three children underwent complete ophthalmologic examinations; computed tomographic scanning of brain, orbit, chest, and abdomen; and measurement of serum cortisol.
Purpose: To report a case of acquired hemilipodystrophy with ipsilateral enophthalmos.
Methods: Case report. We examined a 25-year-old woman who developed progressive unilateral enophthalmos secondary to fat atrophy on the corresponding left side of her body.
