Aim: To comprehensively analyze clinical presentation, diagnosis, and management approaches of brain tumors in infants under one year of age.

Material And Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of clinical data retrieved from medical records of infants who underwent surgical treatment for intracranial mass lesions at our institution from January 2006 to December 2016. The data encompassed parameters such as age at diagnosis, symptoms, tumor location, histology, surgical procedures, adjuvant treatment, and survival outcomes.

Objective: With continuing developments in the field of neonatology, survival rates of low birth weight and small for gestational age infants have increased, which in turn has brought important prematurity-related problems. The aim of this study was to evaluate retrospectively the prematurity problems that are the significant causes of morbidity and mortality.

Materials And Methods: 613 premature infants hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit of Ataturk University Medical Faculty Hospital between January 2010 and January 2012 were included in this study.
