This research was conducted to examine the digital media use and health literacy levels of women in Turkey. The population of the research was the female population between the ages of 20-60 in Turkey in 2020, and the sample consisted of 404 women in this age range.

The effect of acupressure on postpartum fatigue in women delivering by caesarean section: A randomized controlled study.

This study was conducted to determine the incidence of unplanned pregnancies and the factors affecting it during the COVID-19 pandemic. An analytical-cross-sectional study was carried out at a public hospital in Aydın, Turkey between January and October 2021. The sample of the study comprised 220 pregnant women.

Knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Coronavirus vaccines in Turkiye.

The aim of this cross-sectional study was to determine pregnant women's knowledge and attitudes regarding coronavirus vaccines in Turkiye. The research population consisted of 400 pregnant women who applied to a public hospital in this city. The data of the study was collected with the 'Personal Information Form' and 'Attitudes Towards COVID-19 Vaccine Scale'.

The Relationship between Nausea-Vomiting during Pregnancy and Attachment Styles, Marital Adjustment, and Ways of Coping.

The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between nausea and vomiting during pregnancy (NVP) and attachment styles in close relationships, marital adjustment, and ways of coping with stress. This study was performed in 2019 as an analytic case-control design. The study group consists of 60 pregnant women hospitalized with a nausea-vomiting/hyperemesis gravidarum diagnosis.

Spirituality is an integral part of holistic care, but studies have revealed that the spiritual dimension of care is largely neglected in healthcare settings. This study evaluated midwives' perceptions of spirituality and spiritual care. The study is a cross-sectional design and was conducted from April 1 to June 30, 2018 in Aydın, Turkey.

Effects of Obstetric Interventions During Labor on Birth Process and Newborn Health.

Aim: This study aimed to investigate the effects of the interventions in the delivery room on the delivery process and the newborn health.

Method: The analytical-cross-sectional study was carried out with 354 puerperal women who gave birth in hospital between December 2016 and June 2017 in a public hospital. The data were collected by the data collection form developed by the researchers.

Ocular biometric characteristics during the menstrual cycle.

Purpose: To determine the ocular biometric characteristics during the menstrual cycle using the optical low-coherence reflectometry (OLCR) biometry.

Methods: Twenty-two healthy women between the ages of 19 and 36 years with regular menstrual cycles were enrolled in this prospective study. Subjects with irregular menstrual cycles, those taking contraceptive pills, those with a history of ocular surgery or trauma, and women unable to cooperate with the ocular biometry device were excluded from this study.

Effect of acupressure on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in gynecologic cancer patients in Turkey.

Purpose: The aim of the current study was to assess the effect of acupressure applied to the pericardium 6 (P6 or Neiguan) acupuncture point with a wristband (Sea-Band) on nausea-vomiting in addition to the standard antiemetic medications used to prevent nausea-vomiting due to chemotherapy in gynecologic cancer patients.

Method: In this prospective research we used pre- and posttests. The study consisted of 34 patients with gynecologic cancer.

Nursing students' self-reported knowledge of genetics and genetic education.

Introduction: Nurses need to use genetic information in care; several areas of current need include primary care, public health, cardiovascular, geriatric and oncology nursing. Nursing faculties may be reluctant to add genetics to existing courses, let alone tackle the work of teaching an entire course in genetics.
