Introduction: Castleman's disease is an extremely rare disease in the abdomen region characterized by benign lymphoepithelial proliferation.

Case Presentation: We report a case of a 63-year-old female who presented with abdominal pain. Abdominal CT Angio and dynamic contrast-enhanced abdominal MRI revealed a mass lesion showing markedly contrast enhancement, no vascular invasion sign, and diffusion restriction lesion in the truncus coelicus bifurcation region.
