Photocatalytic deposition of noble metals on 0D, 1D, and 2D TiO structures: a review.

In recent years, extensive research on noble metal-TiO nanocomposites has demonstrated their crucial role in various applications such as water splitting, self-cleaning, CO reduction, and wastewater treatment. The structure of the noble metal-TiO nanocomposites is critical in determining their photocatalytic properties. Numerous studies in the literature describe the preparation of these nanocomposites with various shapes and sizes to achieve tunable photocatalytic performance.

Safety and efficacy results of percutaneous renal stent implantation in patients with acute coronary syndrome with ectatic and aneurysmatic coronary arteries.

Background: For the treatment of stenotic lesions developing in dilated coronary arteries, it is difficult to find an appropriately sized coronary stent given that the vessel diameter is too large. This poses a greater problem, especially in patients who require urgent intervention, such as acute coronary syndrome.

Objective: We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of renal stents implanted in ectatic/aneurysmatic coronary arteries in such patients.

Prognostic nutritional index as a marker of mortality: an observational cohort study of patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

In this study, we aimed to investigate the relationship between prognostic nutritional index (PNI) and postoperative in-mortality in patients undergoing cardiac surgery. 1003 patients undergoing on-pump cardiac surgery in our hospital between January 2016-January 2020 were included in this study retrospectively.
