Chronic non-bacterial osteomyelitis (CNO) is an inflammatory bone disease, usually diagnosed in childhood. It is characterized by the presence of multifocal or unifocal osteolytic lesions that can cause bone pain and soft tissue swelling. CNO is known to have soft tissue involvement.

Objective: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has affected every aspect of human life and all health care systems globally. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of COVID-19 pandemic on the frequency, presentation and surgical outcomes of complicated appendicitis.

Methods: Patients who underwent appendectomy for acute appendicitis one year before and one year after the declaration of the pandemic were investigated.

A Rare Case of Intravascular Lobular Capillary Hemangioma Mimicking a Testicular Tumor: Diagnostic Challenges.

Intravascular lobular capillary hemangioma (ILCH), also known as intravenous pyogenic granuloma, is a benign vascular lesion with a distinctive lobular arrangement of capillaries. It is typically confined to the head, neck, and upper extremities, and its occurrence in the testicular region is exceedingly rare. Here, we present a case of a 68-year-old male who was initially diagnosed with a testicular tumor based on imaging studies but was later found to have an ILCH located in the epididymis.

Paratesticular Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma with Rhabdomyoblastic Differentiation: A Case Report and Review of the Literature.

Liposarcomas of the paratesticular tissue is a rare pathological entity. The symptoms are similar to inguinal hernias or hydroceles. We present the case of an 84-year-old man with a rare paratesticular liposarcoma that manifested as painless right hemiscrotal swelling.

The Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic Restrictions on Musculoskeletal Pathology Services.

Background And Objectives:  The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on healthcare in musculoskeletal pathology. There is no standard protocol for pathology services during a pandemic. The study aimed to assess the impact of COVID-19 restrictions on the workload of the musculoskeletal pathology service and the hurdles faced in collaboration with the orthopedic oncology unit in a tertiary reference center in a developing country.

PD-L1 Status in Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumors.

: Tenosynovial giant cell tumors (TSGCTs) are benign soft tissue tumors that are divided into localized- and diffuse-type tumors, according to the World Health Organization classification of soft tissue tumours. The diffuse-type TSGCT sometimes behave aggressively and poses treatment challenges especially in patients with neurovascular involvement. Symptomatic patients who are not good candidates for surgery due to high morbidity risk may benefit from medical therapy.

Primary cutaneous cribriform carcinoma (PCCC) is an extremely rare carcinoma of the sweat glands. In this case report, we present a 41-year-old man with PCCC in the heel. The patient had heel pain for 10 months, and his complaints had increased in the past 2 months.

Bizarre Parosteal Osteochondromatous Proliferation (Nora's Lesion) of the Foot: A Case Report and Literature Review of Nora's Lesion of the Foot.

Bizarre parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation (BPOP) or Nora's lesion is a rare, benign, but locally aggressive tumor. We present a case of a 45-year-old patient with progressive swelling of his toe for four years, pain, and difficulty with shoe wear. The lesion was excised after adequate evaluation and the resection histopathology was compatible with Nora's lesion.

Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis: A multidisciplinary experience of 22 pediatric cases with a mean follow-up of 27 months.

Background: Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis (CRMO) is not a well known disorder among nonpediatricians. The aim of this study is to retrospectively evaluate the clinical outcomes of twenty-two CRMO patients presenting to two referral centres.

Intestinal tuberculosis is an uncommon form of tuberculosis, and its diagnosis remains a challenge in patients with Crohn's disease. Accurate diagnosis of these two conditions remains vital to the decision on the treatment of the patients.

Rosai-Dorfman Disease of the Talus in a Child: A Case Report.

Background: Primary Rosai-Dorfman disease of bone is a rare disorder. Radiologic and clinical evaluation is insufficient in differentiating malignancy from these lesions.

Methods: We present a talar lesion in a 17-month-old boy who presented with deterioration in gait pattern, limping, pain, and swelling of the left ankle of 4-months' duration.
