Background: To address the challenges in nursing education brought about by the pandemic, this study aimed to evaluate the use of a web-based standardized patient practice in the development of nursing students' anamnesis taking skills and their views about its application.

Method: We conducted a descriptive intervention study with 39 s-year nursing students. The students completed anamnesis using the standardized patient practice in line with a scenario with real standardized patients in a web-based environment with audio and video.

Simulation has become increasingly important in teaching clinical nursing skills. Cooperative simulation practices based on social interdependence theory support skill acquisition by reducing student anxiety through practice. The aim of this experimental study, conducted with 60 junior nursing students, was to compare the effects of cooperative versus individual practice on psychomotor skill performance and student anxiety during simulation with a standardized patient.

Background: The use of virtual reality in nursing student training for intravenous catheterization and fluid delivery was investigated.

Methods: In this experimental study, 29 students were part of the experimental group while 27 were in the control group. The application was presented to the experimental group using virtual reality technology and to the control group using an intravenous injection arm model.
