Introduction: First-trimester vaginal bleeding largely occurs due to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, gestational trophoblastic diseases. Pregnant women diagnosed with threatened abortion experience and their spouses severe anxiety and stress due to the probability of the pregnancy ending.
