Background: Displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures are challenging injuries, and there is debate regarding the best method of treatment.
Patients And Methods: Between January 2018 and January 2021, a prospective study was conducted on 46 patients with 56 displaced intraarticular calcaneal fractures that were treated with minimally invasive fixation using Kirschner wires (KWs) through the sinus tarsi approach.
Results: The mean follow-up period was 22.
