Respiratory Epithelial Orbital Cyst: A Case Report and Literature Review.

A 44-year-old male with schizophrenia presented with progressive right proptosis for one year and conjunctivitis for two months. An orbital cyst was seen in the superotemporal region on computerized tomography and was surgically removed. There was no history or radiological signs of paranasal sinus disease or previous trauma.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the orbit: A tertiary eye care center experience in Saudi Arabia.

Primary Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) represents the 2nd most common lymphoma occurring in the orbit, after Mucosal Associated Lymphoid Tissue (MALT) lymphoma. A total of 5 cases of ocular adnexal DLBCL were diagnosed over 25 years of experience at our tertiary eye care center. Two cases involved the lacrimal sac and one case involved the lacrimal gland.

Toxic effect of Cadmium found in eyeliner to the eye of a 21 year old Saudi woman: A case report.

Purpose: To raise the issue of increased use of traditional medicine while the Tertiary care hospitals are available to provide the appropriate care for each clinical condition. Eyeliner (Kohl) is an Arabic word denoting a fine powder with a texture and appearance similar to mascara. It is usually worn on the lid margins or inside the conjunctival sac by Middle and Far Eastern and in East Africans populations for different purposes like beauty or religious and as a treatment for many eye diseases.

Primary orbital ganglioneuroma in a 2-year-old healthy boy.

Unlabelled: A 2-year-old healthy child presented with progressive unilateral proptosis.

Complete Work Up Including: general examination, detailed ophthalmic evaluation and radiological imaging were done. He underwent orbital exploration via anterior orbitotomy incision and debulking of the tumor was done.

Orbital alveolar soft part sarcoma: Histopathologic report of two cases.

Alveolar soft part sarcoma is considered as a distinct histopathological entity with rare cases reported from the orbit area. Two cases of alveolar soft part sarcomas occurring in the orbit of two patients along with their histopathologic findings are reported herewith. In both cases, the patients presented with eyelid swelling and proptosis.
