A questionnaire encompassing the schools' general characteristics and information about drinking water was administered to school administrators. Drinking water samples were taken from 60 schools to evaluate drinking water parameters.

A total of 36 substrates were prepared, with 12 in each group. Printable substrates (12 mm × 12 mm × 2 mm) were printed by using permanent crown resin (3D-PR).

Methods: This study was conducted between October 2022 and March 2023 by using a questionnaire form prepared in line with the literature to the parents (n = 172) of children who were under the age of 18 and who had been diagnosed with epilepsy for at least 1 year and who were followed up in the paediatric neurology outpatient clinic of a secondary care hospital in Van province of Turkey. Effect of cortisol and glycosylated-hemoglobin levels on mortality in intensive care unit.

Objectives: To research the effects of blood cortisol and hemoglobinA1c (HBA1C) levels on mortality in patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) and whether these factors could be used as reliable indicators for mortality risk assessment in these patients.

Methods: After receiving approval from the ethics committee, 79 patients admitted to ICU were included in the study. Investigation of waste characteristics and recycling behaviour at educational institutes.

In this study, the waste generation at the educational institutes chosen from four different levels (kindergartens, primary, secondary and high schools) in Istanbul was measured on-site and the contents of the waste thrown into the recycling bins were determined to specify capture rates. Separation and weighing processes were performed at 16 spots in high schools, 12 spots in secondary schools, 7 spots in primary schools and 7 spots in kindergartens. A survey was conducted to determine the students' awareness of recycling in these schools.
