Introduction: Long QT syndrome (LQTS) is a disorder of ventricular myocardial repolarization characterized by a prolonged QT interval on the electrocardiogram. It increases the risk of ventricular arrhythmias, which can cause syncope or sudden cardiac death. In this study, we study the genotype-phenotype relationships of patients referred to us with suspected arrhythmia syndrome.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a part of the metabolic syndrome and is associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes. The aim of this study was to determine whether unexplained elevated ALT in early pregnancy has any effect in the prediction of large for gestational age (LGA) infants. In this study, the relationship between birth weights of LGA babies and babies with normal weight for gestational age (AGA) and ALT values measured in early pregnancy was evaluated.

Methods: Demographic and neonatal data from women who gave birth between May 2018 and March 2021 at 34 -36 weeks of gestation were screened from the information system of the hospital. The patients were assigned to two groups: those who were and those who were not given steroids.
Objective: Antenatal steroids are commonly used to stimulate fetal lung maturation, particularly in pregnancies at risk of early preterm labor. This study aimed to compare the effects of administering betamethasone at a 12- versus 24-hour interval on perinatal outcomes.
Study Design: This retrospective study included 423 early preterm births from 26 to 33 weeks of gestation.
Objective: Pregnancy is generally known to be a period when physical activity is partially or totally restricted to avoid negative outcomes such as miscarriage or premature birth. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect on maternal and fetal outcomes of exercise in pregnancies complicated by macrosomia.
Material And Method: In this retrospective study, the data were retrospectively screened of women who gave birth at ≥38 weeks with infant birthweight of ≥4000 gr.
Objectives: Our aim was to evaluate the effect of standard surgical and N-95 respiratory mask use on maternal oxygen saturation, vital signs and result on non-stress tests in term pregnancies.
Methods: It is a prospective observational study. The study included healthy, not in labor, singleton pregnant women of 370/7-410/7 weeks who were applied to our hospital for routine obstetric control examination between March 1, 2020, and August 31, 2020.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to follow the birth process with transperineal ultrasonography (TPU) and predict the delivery method using angle of progression (AOP).
Methods: The study included 134 patients. The AOP was examined with TPU in the lithotomy position applied at 4-h intervals, not at a time of straining or contractions.
Objective: To evaluate the results of receiving no adjuvant treatment (NAT) or radiotherapy after radical hysterectomy in patients with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics 2018 Stage IB1-IB3 cervical cancer with intermediate risk factors.
Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted at Baskent University School of Medicine's Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in Ankara, Turkey between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2016. In total, 134 women with at least two intermediate risk factors (positive LVSI, deep stromal invasion, and tumor size ≥4 cm) were included in the study.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the prognostic value of the revised FIGO staging system with that of the 2009 FIGO staging system for women previously staged as IB disease.
Methods: Institutional cervical cancer databases of two high-volume gynecologic cancer centers in Ankara, Turkey, were retrospectively analyzed. Only women with 2009 FIGO stage IB1 or IB2 disease who underwent primary surgery were included.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to appraise the presence of Endometrial Carcinoma (EC) sequence in patients undergoing hysterectomy for Endometrial Hyperplasia (EH).
Material And Methods: Eighty-two patients undergoing hysterectomy with the indication of EH based on endometrial curettage between January 2009 and December 2013 were analyzed respectively All patients with a diagnosis of EH were investigated for age, parity history of diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The histopathology of the hysterectomy specimens were compared with their curettage specimens.
