Background: The short form of the Dentin Hypersensitivity Experience Questionnaire (DHEQ-15) is a valid and reliable tool for Oral Health-Related Quality of Life (OHRQoL) studies. The aim of this study was cross-culturally adapt and validate the English version of DHEQ-15 for the Turkish language.
Methods: The Turkish version of the DHEQ-15 was developed using the forward-backward translation method.
Background/purpose: Our objective was to investigate real-world outcomes and treatment strategies in individuals affected by DADA2 using over 10-year period real-life experience.
Methods: This descriptive analysis encompassed all adult/pediatric patients with DADA2 from our Vasculitis Research Center prospective database. Patients on anti-TNF therapy have been specifically examined, analyzing the treatment's duration, indications, and outcomes.
Background/aim: Rheumatoid factor (RF) and anticitrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) are specific for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) diagnosis. However, they could be positive in other diseases and even in healthy populations. The aim was to investigate the prevalence of positive RF and anti-CCP antibodies in persons admitted to hospital for any reason and on a national scale.

Methods: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) who were followed up in the rheumatology outpatient clinic, who were on methotrexate only and for whom FIB-4 index was could be calculated at methotrexate initiation and follow-up were included. The FIB-4 index was calculated according to the following formula: age (years) × AST(IU/L)/(platelet count(10 (9)/L) × √ALT(IU/L)).
Objectives: This study aimed to assess color matching post-repair using the same or different single-shade composites of three distinct composite resin materials (Omnichroma-OM, ZenChroma-ZC, and Charisma Topaz One-CTO) following aging in coffee solution and distilled water. Evaluation focused on color change parameters (∆E00, ∆L00, ∆C00, and ∆H00).
Methods And Materials: Specimens were prepared in disk shape with a diameter of 8 mm and a height of 2 mm (n=180).

Background: Managerial ethical principles and behaviours guide the roles, duties, responsibilities, behaviours, and relationships of nurse managers in healthcare institutions.
Research Objectives: The aim of this study was to establish the managerial ethical principles and behaviours for nurse managers.
Research Question: What are the managerial ethical principles and behaviours for nurse managers?
Research Design: The Delphi method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in this study.
Two years after its inception, Young Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis (Y-GRAPPA) has established itself as a productive network for junior investigators and clinicians. The group's achievements in the last year include updating the educational GRAPPA slide library, the "Bring a Derm" campaign to expand the GRAPPA community to include more dermatologists, and the publication of multiple "Do Not Miss" newsletters covering the highlights on PsDs from the major international conferences (American Academy of Dermatology [AAD] Annual Meeting, European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology [EULAR] Congress, European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology [EADV] Congress, and American College of Rheumatology [ACR] Convergence).

These activities included the Axial Involvement in Psoriatic Arthritis (AXIS) cohort, the Axial Psoriatic Arthritis Molecular and Clinical Characterization study, the Diagnostic Ultrasound Enthesitis Tool (DUET) study, the Sex- and Gender-Based Analysis of the Effectiveness of Advanced Therapies in Psoriatic Arthritis (SAGE-PsA) study, the Health Initiatives in Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Consortium European States (HIPPOCRATES), the GRAPPA slide library, and the GRAPPA treatment recommendations.

Methods: Three systematic literature reviews were conducted in parallel to identify the radiographic spinal NBF definitions for spondyloarthritis (SpA), Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis (DISH) and Osteorathritis (OA). Study characteristics and definitions were extracted independently by two reviewers.
Introduction: Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a leading cause of mortality in systemic sclerosis (SSc). This nationwide study aims to describe real world treatment characteristics and assess survival rates of patients with SSc-PAH.
Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, patients with SSc-PAH were identified from Turkish Ministry of Health National Electronic Database (from January 2016 to September 2022), using ICD-10 codes.
This work presents a sensitive and accurate analytical method for the determination of phenytoin at trace levels in domestic wastewater and synthetic urine samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) after the metal sieve-linked double syringe liquid-phase microextraction (MSLDS-LPME) method. A metal sieve was produced in our laboratory in order to disperse water-immiscible extraction solvents into aqueous media. Univariate optimization studies for the selection of proper extraction solvent, extraction solvent volume, mixing cycle, and initial sample volume were carried out.

Data Sources: This study used a mixed method sequential explanatory design. The "Nursing Activity Record Form" and "Perroca Patient Classification Instrument" were used for quantitative data collection, and direct observation was performed for 175 hours via time-motion study.
The complement of tRNA genes within a genome is typically considered to be a (relatively) stable characteristic of an organism. Here, we demonstrate that bacterial tRNA gene set composition can be more flexible than previously appreciated, particularly regarding tRNA gene copy number. We report the high-rate occurrence of spontaneous, large-scale, tandem duplication events in laboratory populations of the bacterium Pseudomonas fluorescens SBW25.

Methods: Two thousand one hundred forty-one RA (79.4% female) patients were included in the analysis from the HUR-BIO prospective registry.
Objectives: An acidogenic diet, by disrupting the blood pH equilibrium, can contribute to metabolic acidosis and lead to inflammation. Therefore, we hypothesized that dietary acid load (DAL) increases disease activity and inflammation in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) patients.
Methods: This study was conducted with 58 obese/overweight patients, aged 20-65 years.
The Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis (GRAPPA) leadership congregated for a strategic planning meeting before the 2022 GRAPPA annual meeting in New York, USA. Meeting aims were to review GRAPPA's performance in relation to its 2016 goals and identify successes and areas for further improvement, identify key GRAPPA priorities and activities for the next 5 years, and explore committee structures to best support these aims.

Purpose: The goal of this narrative review was to provide current data on psoriatic arthritis (PsA) therapeutic strategies, supporting treatment decisions with a domain-based approach.
Methods: This narrative review of treatment strategies for PsA focused on several disease domains (ie, peripheral arthritis, enthesitis, axial disease, dactylitis, skin and nail disease), as well as the so-called "related conditions" of uveitis, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis. We searched PubMed, EMBASE, international guidelines, and recent congress abstracts.
