Introduction This quality improvement (QI) initiative aimed to improve the clinical documentation of daily progress notes in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) by applying a standardized documentation template and conducting regular cycles of audit and feedback to ensure compliance and improvement. Methods Firstly, to better assess documentation practices impacting patient care, members of the NICU auditing team identified seven key points in medical records. These points were then used for the audit of 30 randomly selected "progress notes" for infants admitted to the NICU between January and June 2022.

They were treated between March 2018 and December 2021 by endoscopic extended endonasal approach with the reconstruction of the sellar floor by an extended posterior pedicle inferior turbinate flap.

This paper presents a comprehensive approach for optimal charge scheduling and on-board vehicular control of electrified fleets based on synthetic driving cycles. The proposed approach is conducted within a real case-study in Cairo, Egypt, whereto a representative distance-based driving cycle has been synthesized using K-means clustering over a sliding horizon of gathered data-sets. Colloid cysts are benign intracranial lesions, typically located in the anterior portion of the third ventricle near the interventricular foramina of Monro. The cysts usually consist of an epithelial lining filled with viscous gelatinous material of various components. Colloid cysts are generally asymptomatic, but once symptomatic, they can present in a variety of ways, including headaches, vomiting, visual and memory problems, and vertigo.

Bioactive Compounds and In Vitro Antioxidant and Anticoccidial Activities of Flower Extracts.
