Background: To compare the efficiency of endodontic rotary and reciprocating systems in removing calcium silicate-sealer based fillings and to investigate the impact of passive ultrasonic irrigation (PUI) on their efficiency.

Materials And Methods: 160 root-canals were instrumented, filled with gutta-percha and calcium silicate based-sealer and divided into 10 equal groups.
