Antiemetic therapy with aprepitant, palonosetron, and dexamethasone is recommended for moderately emetogenic chemotherapy in several guidelines to prevent chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. There is a lack of information about the efficacy and safety of antiemetic therapy with aprepitant, palonosetron, and dexamethasone in patients treated with oxaliplatin in Japan. We recruited patients with untreated colorectal cancer who underwent oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy.
