Introduction And Importance: Desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT) is a type of soft tissue sarcoma that arises from mesenchymal cells and primarily affects young males.
Case Presentation: We present a case of a 58-year-old multiparous woman who presented with colic abdominal pain in the epigastric area and hypogastric area, along with dyspeptic complaints, nausea, constipation every 2-3 days, and a gradual increase of the size of the abdomen.
Clinical Discussion: DSRCT is an uncommon and extremely aggressive tumor that occurs in the abdomen.
