The efficacy of mifepristone-misoprostol regimen versus misoprostol-only for medication abortion at 22 + 0/7 to 30 + 0/7 weeks' gestation.

Objective: This study aimed to compare duration of medication abortion after pretreatment with mifepristone versus misoprostol-only regimens at 22 + 0/7 to 30 + 0/7 weeks.

Methods: This retrospective cohort study included patients admitted for medication abortion from 2014 to 2022. Patients underwent feticide due to genetic or anatomical abnormalities at gestational age of 22 + 0/7 to 30 + 0/7 weeks.
