Herein, we report the development of a rapid conducting polymer strip-based sensor using Polyaniline-pectin (PANI-PEC) for the detection of in milk and milk products. Polyaniline-pectin nanoparticles stabilized with biopolymer pectin were synthesized and its characterization studies such as FTIR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, electrical conductivity and particle size analysis were done.
