* A study using mosquito-derived C6/36-HT cells persistently infected with Dengue virus serotype 2 evaluated viral interference through various assays, revealing some forms of interference with different virus serotypes but not with Sindbis virus.
* Although the exact mechanisms of viral interference remain unclear, small RNAs may play a role, yet silencing the Ago3 protein showed no impact on interference, indicating this process operates independently of the tested pathways.
