Background: Although highly prevalent, most perinatal mental health and substance use disorders often go unrecognized, undiagnosed, and untreated. Perinatal Psychiatry Access Programs have emerged as a successful model to increase the capacity of front-line maternal health care providers to address perinatal mental health conditions through education, consultation, and increased resources and referrals.
Methods: This model has been adapted in South Carolina to include direct access to mental health treatment in response to inadequate maternity care and mental health services, including a large proportion of rural, Medically Underserved Areas in Primary Care and Mental Health Healthcare Provider Shortage Areas throughout the state.

Purpose: This study aims to perform a systematic review to determine whether ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) tapes have superior biomechanical properties compared to conventional sutures in posterior meniscal root tear (PMRT) repairs, and whether this translates into superior clinical outcomes.
Methods: The Cochrane Controlled Register of Trials, PubMed and Embase were used to perform a systematic review using the following search terms: (meniscus OR meniscal) AND (root OR posterior horn) AND (suture OR tape OR wire OR cord). Data pertaining to certain biomechanical properties (load to failure, stiffness, displacement during cyclical loading and at failure), meniscal healing and patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) were extracted.

Methods: The Cochrane Controlled Register of Trials, PubMed (MEDLINE) and Embase were used to perform a systematic review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses criteria. Biomechanical studies on healthy animal or human cadaveric knee joints that assessed meniscal extrusion or tibiofemoral contact mechanics (contact area and pressure) following centralization for meniscal pathologies were included.
Purpose: To report on the recovery of strength and functional capacity symmetry following multiligament knee surgical reconstruction (MLKR), as well as the capacity of athletes to return to sport.
Methods: This prospective cohort study recruited 47 patients undergoing MLKR between February 2018 and July 2021. Forty patients had full outcome assessment postoperatively at 6, 12 and 24 months and were included in the analysis, 75% were knee dislocation one injuries and 60% were injured playing sport.
Background: Various suture configurations are available for medial meniscus posterior root tear (MMPRT) repair. The modified Mason-Allen (MMA) technique has been proposed as a refixation technique for MMPRT instead of the conventional 2 simple stitches (TSS). Methods: Patients were identified using the databases of two sports surgeons. Once patients were identified their clinical notes and imaging were reviewed to confirm that all patients had injuries to the intramuscular portion of the distal aspect of the proximal biceps femoris tendon.

Aims: The aim of this study is to determine if women receiving prenatal care from January 2020 to April 2021 are more likely to be screened, screen positive, be referred for treatment and attend treatment with technology facilitated SBIRT, compared to women receiving prenatal care and in-person SBIRT January 2017 to December 2019.
Materials & Methods: Technology facilitated SBIRT, designated Listening to Women (LTW), includes text message-based screening, phone-based brief intervention, and referral to treatment by a remote care coordinator.
Mental health (MH) and substance use disorders (SUDs) are common during pregnancy and the postpartum year, and have a significant impact on maternal and child health. Most women do not receive treatment for these conditions due to barriers to care. Increasing access to these services via telemedicine is one potential solution to overcoming barriers, but it is unknown if this type of service is acceptable to women.

Purpose/hypothesis: The purpose of this study was to compare postoperative outcomes in patients who underwent ACLR with single-bundle 4-strand hamstring autograft either without augmentation (HA-ACLR group) or with LARS augmentation (AUG-ACLR group). It was hypothesized that clinical outcomes and RTS rates would be better in the AUG-ACLR group at the 1-year follow-up, with similar outcomes in both cohorts by 2 years.
