Introduction: The elimination of AIDS as a threat to public health implies comprehensive care for those tested in all health facilities and without discrimination/stigmatization. The aim of this study is to evaluate the problems of stigmatization and discrimination of people living with HIV (PLHIV) in health care facilities and their implications for access to care for PLHIV.
Methodology: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study in the 6 health regions of Togo targeting people aged 18 years and over, living with HIV.
