Pink Eccrine Chromhidrosis Induced by Excessive Consumption of an Energy Drink.

Eccrine chromhidrosis is a rare condition characterised by the abnormal colouration of eccrine sweat, which may be triggered by endogenous or exogenous factors. We report the case of a 19-year-old male who was referred to us for persistent pink sweating for three months. Clinical examination and further investigations did not provide a clear diagnosis or arguments in favour of pseudochromhidrosis or apocrine chromhidrosis.

Treatment of congenital Langerhans cell histiocytosis with cobimetinib.

We report a case of congenital multisystem Langerhans cell histiocytosis with cutaneous and hematopoietic involvement. After the failure of first-line (vinblastine and prednisolone) and second-line (vincristine and cytarabine) therapies, treatment with cobimetinib, a mitogen-activated protein kinase (MEK) inhibitor, led to the remission of disease and a sustained response after 11 months of ongoing treatment. Protein kinase inhibitors targeting BRAF or MEK could represent a promising future therapeutic option, also in children with LCH.

Real-Life Experience of Tralokinumab for the Treatment of Adult Patients with Severe Atopic Dermatitis: A Multicentric Prospective Study.

Background: Tralokinumab, the first fully human monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to interleukin-13, was safe and effective for treating atopic dermatitis (AD) in clinical trials, but real-life experience is still limited.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of tralokinumab in severe AD in a real-life multicenter prospective cohort.

Methods: Adult patients with severe AD were enrolled between January 2022 and July 2022 and received tralokinumab subcutaneously for 16 weeks.

Lymphoplasmacytic plaque in children: Case report and literature review.

We report a case of benign lymphoplasmacytic plaque (LPP) in a child. These asymptomatic erythematous papulonodular lesions are an emerging clinicopathological entity. Herein, we describe a previously unreported site for LPP lesions, namely, the volar wrist and the distal ipsilateral palm.
