Introduction: There is a lack of data on the efficacy, effectiveness, and safety of lanreotide autogel in patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) of Chinese ethnicity. This noninterventional, retrospective study evaluated the effectiveness and safety of lanreotide autogel in patients of Chinese ethnicity with GEP-NETs in clinical practice.
Methods: Patients' charts were abstracted from five hospitals in Hong Kong and Taiwan (July-September 2021), where lanreotide autogel is approved for treating GEP-NETs.

Aim: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of triptorelin after radical prostatectomy (RP) in patients with negative lymph nodes.
Methods: PRIORITI (NCT01753297) was a prospective, open-label, randomized, controlled, phase 4 study conducted in China and Russia. Background And Objective: The tyrosine kinase inhibitors cabozantinib and axitinib have been widely used in England to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma following prior vascular endothelial growth factor-targeted therapy, but data on real-world usage remain limited. Our objective was to describe the real-world treatment patterns and outcomes of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma who received second-line or later-line (≥ 2L) cabozantinib or axitinib after vascular endothelial growth factor-targeted therapy in clinical practice in England.
Methods: This retrospective cohort study used clinical practice data (collected 2011-20) from the English Cancer Analysis System database.

Methods: PRESTO 2 was a 2020/2021 e-survey comparing injection experience of adults with neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) or acromegaly treated with LAN prefilled syringe versus OCT syringe for > 3 months in Canada, Ireland, the UK and the USA (planned sample size, 304).
Primary Endpoint: the proportion of patients with injection-site pain lasting > 2 days after their most recent injection, analyzed using a multivariate logistic regression model.
Purpose: A systematic literature review was conducted to assess the use of home injections (self/partner/healthcare provider [HCP]-administered) of somatostatin analogs (SSAs) as an alternative to healthcare-setting injections in patients with acromegaly and neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).
Methods: MEDLINE/Embase/the Cochrane Library (2001-September 2021), key congresses (2019-2021), and bibliographies of relevant systematic reviews were searched. Eligible studies reported on efficacy/effectiveness, safety, adherence, patient-reported outcomes (PROs), and economic outcomes in populations receiving home injections of SSAs.
Introduction: Lanreotide autogel (LAN) and temozolomide (TMZ) are guidelines-recommended monotherapies for thoracic neuroendocrine tumors (carcinoids; T-NETs), but prospective data for both combined and monotherapies are lacking. Methods: Patients had metastatic or locally advanced, grade 1 or 2 midgut NETs or pancreatic NETs (panNETs) and centrally assessed disease progression on LAN 120 mg every 28 days. They were treated with LAN 120 mg every 14 days for up to 96 weeks (midgut cohort) or 48 weeks (panNET cohort).

Background: Evidence from controlled trials has shown that lanreotide autogel is effective in achieving biochemical and symptom control in patients with acromegaly. However, it is important to better understand the real-world patient population receiving lanreotide autogel treatment.

Introduction: Somatostatin analogues are used to treat symptoms and slow tumour progression in patients with neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) and carcinoid syndrome and to reduce hormone secretion and pituitary tumour volume in patients with acromegaly. A new syringe for lanreotide autogel/depot (LAN) was developed following feedback from a human factors study to improve ease of injection compared with previous syringes. Objectives: The ACROSTART study was intended to determine the time to achieve normalization of GH and IGF-I levels in responding patients with acromegaly administered different dosage regimens of lanreotide Autogel (Somatuline Autogel).
Methods: From March 2013 to October 2013, clinical data from 57 patients from 17 Spanish hospitals with active acromegaly treated with lanreotide for ≥4 months who achieved hormonal control (GH levels <2.5ng/ml and/or normalized IGF-I levels in ≥2 measurements) were analyzed.
