Sphenochoanal polyps are rare cause of progressive nasal obstruction. These can often be mistaken for antrochoanal polyp if not investigated thoroughly. Here, we report the case of a 7 years old boy, who presented with a choanal mass.

Hakura Hashimoto described Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (HT) in 1912. In HT, there occurs formation of antibodies against the self (thyroid), which causes enlargement of the thyroid gland as a whole and decreased thyroid hormone levels. Most of the patients with HT are given medical line of management (hypo/hyperthyroidism).

Polymorphous low-grade adenocarcinoma (PLGA) is a rare salivary gland malignant tumor of low aggressiveness, commonly occurring in minor salivary glands. Its occurrence in major salivary gland has been documented albeit rarely. The striking histological feature is architectural diversity combined with benign cytologic features.
