Myxomas were found in the outer ear canal of a 66-year-old female and a 51-year-old male. Both tumors were soft and sessile and located at the antero-superior part of the external auditory canal near the eardrum. Profuse, clear mucus was seen when the tumor ruptured or was incised.

Here, a pediatric case with a right-sided fourth branchial cyst that was discovered on fetal ultrasound scanning (US) is presented.
