Squamous cell carcinoma (Sqc) of the pancreas is considered to be extremely rare. We report the case of a 79-year-old male with Sqc of the pancreas complicated by massive gastric ulcer fistula and multiple lymph node metastases. After completing two courses of S-1 chemotherapy, the gastric ulcer fistula and lymph node metastases improved.
