Introduction: Maize ranks among the most essential crops globally, yet its growth and yield are significantly hindered by salt stress, posing challenges to agricultural productivity. To utilize saline-alkali soils more effectively and enrich maize germplasm resources, identifying salt-tolerant genes in maize is essential.
Methods: In this study, we used a salt-tolerant maize inbred line, SPL02, and a salt-sensitive maize inbred line, Mo17.
To assess the genetic diversity of the I β-tubulin haplotype gene associated with benzimidazoles (BZs) resistance in Haemonchus contortus populations across southern Xinjiang, the sampled populations from four distinct areas to detect the BZs resistance-related I-β tubulin gene and analyse its genetic sequences and structure. Soft tissue integration (STI) around dental implants determines their long-term success, and the key is to immediately construct a temporary soft tissue-like barrier to prevent bacterial invasion after implantation and then, promote STI. In response to this need, an injectable multi-crosslinked hydrogel (MCH) with abilities of self-healing, anti-swelling, degradability, and dry/wet adhesion to soft tissue/titanium is developed using gallic acid-graft-chitosan, oxidized sodium alginate, gelatin, and Cu with water and borax solution as solvents, whose properties can be controlled by adjusting its composition and ratio. MCH can not only immediately build a sealing barrier to block the bacterial invasion in the oral simulation environment but also deliver outstanding antibacterial efficacy through the synergism of trapping bacteria and releasing bactericidal agents such as chitosan, gallic acid, aldehyde, and Cu.

However, the infiltration temperature is typically restricted to approximately 1050 °C when employing NdBaCuO (Nd-123) crystal seeds in the traditional top-seeded infiltration growth (TSIG) technique for producing single-domain Y-123 bulk superconductors.
