- Osteogenic sarcoma in the craniofacial region is rare, often found in the mandible and maxilla, with primary cases in the ethmoid sinus being extremely uncommon.
- A 34-year-old male presented with swelling near the right eye and double vision, initially suspected to be a mucous retention cyst.
- After a CT scan and endoscopic removal, the diagnosis revealed a low-grade osteogenic sarcoma, and the patient received adjuvant chemotherapy for treatment.
Inverted papilloma is a tumor found involving the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. They are not cancerous but can be locally aggressive. They are most commonly seen involving the lateral wall of nose and maxillary sinus.
