Patulous Eustachian tube is a physical disorder in which the normally closed Eustachian tube remains open intermittently. Internal carotid artery (ICA) anomalies accompanied by Eustachian tube anomalies have been described very rarely in the literature. To the best of our knowledge, the presented case is the second case in the literature.

Numerous disabling motor and non-motor symptoms occur during Parkinson's disease (PD), including speech disorders, often referred to as hypokinetic dysarthria. PD is the most common cause of this type of dysarthria. About 90% of PD patients experience hypokinetic dysarthria, which is exacerbated as the disease progresses and makes it very difficult for other people to understand the person with PD.

For PwPD with communication difficulties, it is important to use self-assessment tools as a primary assessment approach to evaluate their perspectives on communication. It is also important to evaluate PwPDs with self-assessment scales in order to determine in which situations their communicative effectiveness is affected and to include them in the intervention plan.

The chemical composition of AC leaf extract was determined using LC-ESI/MS/MS to detect compounds that may be responsible for the reducing, stabilizing, and capping steps in the synthesis of nanoparticles and their biological activities. The AC-AuNPs were spherical, with a particle size lower than 100 nm and a face-centered cubic structure.

There are a great number of anatomical variations that are often confused with temporal bone pathologies, especially fractures. It is important that radiologists and surgeons be able to recognize such variations.

Different concentrations of mercury chloride (H1: 5 µg/mL, H2: 10 µg/mL, H3: 20 µg/mL, H4: 40 µg/mL, and C1: control) and mercury chloride prepared in hydrogen-rich water (H5: 5 µg/mL, H6: 10 µg/mL, H7: 20 µg/mL, H8: 40 µg/mL, and C2: control) were injected into earthworms. The changes and reductions in some bands representing proteins, lipids, and polysaccharides (3280 cm, 2922 cm, 2855 cm, 1170 cm, and 1047 cm) showed that protective effects could occur in groups prepared with hydrogen-rich water.

A novel electrochemical sensor was fabricated by incorporation of the prepared NPs onto glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for the simultaneous detection of ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA). The electrodes modified with rGO/Pd@PPy NPs were well decorated on the GCE and exhibited superior catalytic activity and conductivity for the detection of these molecules with higher current and oxidation peak intensities.
