- - The study evaluated the effectiveness and safety of 6-mm diameter fully covered self-expanding metallic stents (FCSEMS) for preoperative biliary drainage (PBD) in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas (PDAC), comparing it to traditional plastic stents (PS).
